I believe you should startup mount your database and if the lost log
was archived, issue the ALTER DATABASE CLEAR LOGFILE command. If the lost
log was unarchived, issue the ALTER DATABASE CLEAR UNARCHIVED LOGFILE
command. Then you open resetlogs. Save a copy of your backup first, in case
this doesn't work.
