How to use all this, once you'ver got it up and working:

tables:

programs : insert the names of programs that anyone can use to access the
database
users: insert OPERATING SYSTEM userids in here that can use any program e.g.
sql*plus/ms access etc. to get to the db
breaches: log of security breaches
ban: users which have been banned from accessing the database in any way,
the system will populate this, or you can populate it yourself
