You can run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql to compile all invalid packages in the database.

Hey Gang,

All my packages are invalid in Oracle. I got hint from a colleague that said by exporting the packages and then reimporting them could change the status from invalid to valid. Are there any ill affects from running this process that you'll know about.
