I'm trying to install CMAN in an existing Oracle 9.2 .0.3.0 environment. I
have set the ORACLE_HOME (on solaris) to the correct environment, chosen
custom install and picked CMAN only. Now I'm at the summary screen, and it
tells me that it's going to reinstall Oracle 9.2.0.1.0, and that's greyed
out, so I can't deselect the resinstall. Should I ignore this or not? Is it
going to reinstall the RDBMS and hence overwrite the patchsets that were
applied already? Or does it just list the resinstall whenever you opt to add
any component?
