I am unfamiliar with Oracle Forms. Can anyone offer some help?

In the forms's, you have Display Error option under Help Menu.
You can press that and it will display the query, which is causing FRM-40735
error.

We have a 8i database on nt. When we run a modeling query from the front end
it spits out FRM-40735:WHEN BUTTON_PRESSED trigger raised unhandled
exception ORA-00942.
