Pick up all books by Ralph Kimball and other books on design.
Get software specific to data warehousing. (End user data access & design)
Also, visit www.datawarehousing.com & www.datawarehouse.com
If your already a dba, you already have good expierience and your foot in
the door. You have to just learn the workings of data warehousing and
practice different simulations in design.
