May be u can take the following approch. This was the task list which I prepared for migrating mysql to to oracle/db2/sql..etc
1. Study of existing schema
2. creating an ER diagram
3. Matching datatype across difrrent RDBMS
4. Backing up Mysql data in flat files
5. Create schema and the objects in oracle
6. Create schema and the objects in SQL 2k
7. Create schema and the objects in DB2
8. Data Transfer from Mysql to Oracle (By using Oracle's Heterogeneous Services component,Migration Work bench or Sqlloader)
9. Data trasfer from MYsql to SQL 2k ( We may use tools like bcp or java programme)
10. Data trasfer from Mysql to DB2
