I thought some years ago Oracle changed the prizing, so that a Personal
Oracle Licence price was comparable to MS Access?
The higher price was saved by no need to rewrite the application.
Am I outdated because the case I know about used Oracle 8.x?
Of course it depents on the amount of work and the number of mobile
devices.
