Hi everyone

I have an Oracle 8i [ 8.1.7 ] database on Windows NT Server 4.0
when i tried to connect through SQL PLUS it is giving the error
"Oracle Initialization or Shutdown in Progress"
So i shutdown the database thru SVRMGRL. but when i am trying to apply command "STARTUP FORCE" it is giving the following error..

What is this error? how to solve it. I have not taken any backup of control files..or database ?
