Automatic tuning requires that workarea_size_policy = auto and
Pga_aggregate_target to be set.
If workarea_size_policy is set to manual then *_area_size parameters are
used regardless of Pga_aggregate_target...
Finally to respond your question the answer is: Automatic tuning
(workarea_size_policy and Pga_aggregate_target)
