There is a fix for the OUI issue.
- Start the runInstaller using '-ignoreSysPrereqs' option:
% ./runInstaller -ignoreSysPrereqs
or
- Edit 'oraparam.ini' file under ORACLE_HOME/oui adding
[Linux-SuSE-7-optional]
TEMP_SPACE=80
SWAP_SPACE=150
MIN_DISPLAY_COLORS=256
