Is this a new install of Oracle 9.2? If so, you might just need to relink. Doing a "relink all" will relink all of the Oracle executables... I assume you have the correct version of Oracle 9.2 for AIX; there are differences between AIX 4.3.3 and 5.x install versions of Oracle that are not compatable.

I am new to the group !! I am having an issue with execution of
the sql loader utility

I am using AIX 5200-02 on IBM RS/6000 H80 box. When i issue a sql loader
command the command fails with an error. even if simple do sqlldr it fails

The error i am getting is

exec () : 0509-036 Cannot load program sqlldr because of the following
errors:
0509-124 The program is a discontinued 64-bit object file.

I am trying to connect to Oracle 9.2

Can anyone tell me as to why i am getting this message ?
