Hi All,

I had installed Oracle 9i on XP around 6-7 months back. It was running fine
untill recently.
The machine seems to have slowed down a lot. Even the compilation of
procedures and functions take a lot of time.

Is there a bug or some thing of XP or could there be any other reason for
the same to happen.
