Hi All,
I want to know how datadabase design related projects are estimated.
I mean suppose I have to take up some development project in which requirements
gathering, analysis, design, development all phases will be there..In this situation as
per the complexity and vastness how I will measure the person days effort to design and develop
the db.. Is there any standard templete or thumb rules?
