Actually I'm trying to turn on the flashback query feture but I'm finding following errors.

SQL> ALTER DATABASE FLASHBACK ON;
ALTER DATABASE FLASHBACK ON
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-38706: Cannot turn on FLASHBACK DATABASE
ORA-38707: Media recovery is not enabled.


Anyone can give me the list of commands i need to execute in order to enable that feature.
