Hi
what is said is not working my side, my side i am using 64 bit, but
while getting in through SQLPLUS i never receiving message as you said,
there is no massage related to 64 bit or 32 bit

Easy method use SQLPLUS to login to Server.
If you got
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options
JServer Release 9.2.0.3.0 - Production
Then it is 64 Bit if not it is 32Bit
