Am trying to recover a deleted datafile. I have recreated the datafile and recovered the tablespace of which the datafile resided

The error generated is that it cant open an archived logfile - ORA-00308. The archived logfile in question is not the one that i have forced for a log switch ie the one shown in my archived logfiles. How do i get this logfile and open it?
