Hi, DBAs:

I am planning to convert my dictionary managed tablespaces to locally
managed tablespaces in the following two production databases:
- DB1: 9.2.0.4, 400 G size, online transaction database
- DB2: 9.2.0.4, 500 G size, reporting database

My questions are:
- Any performance impact on these two different type of databases after
tablespace conversion. If any, better or worse performance?
- Is it necessary to convert system tablespace to locally managed tablespace
too?
