You people are all thinking of pay cuts and job losses but what about the business
gains that are made from these job offshoring.That will definitely benefit the outsourcing
company in the long run and will develop more value added jobs.but one thing is for sure
this job churn is painful. It will take few years to realise the benefit of transferring jobs.

So be optimistic
