I have a 300gig, 64 hash partition table accross eight tablespaces. We have daily load that insert 3 to 6 million rows and every end of the month we delete 30 days of data from this table. Even after delition I see that free space does not increse. I would like to reorg this table to gain back space. What is the best way to this? We have uniform extents.

Note: i was thinking of creating another 40gig TS. Then " alter table table_name move partition" in new TS. Next step is to turn around and move all partitions back into original TS. and re-build indexes. What is your opinion? Thank you.
