Why should you be surprised that gov. are not doing
anything about it.
My country (USA) is run by the people who make more
money when they allow off-shoring.
It's not about what is in the best long term interests
of a company or a nation, it's about this quarter's
stock price. A ruined company or country is
irrelevant to these people.
My advice is to find the best deal you can and take
it, then start looking for a better deal, because
companies look at us a resource, not as a capital
investment. That means there is no loyalty from them,
so you are foolish to show any loyalty to them.
Get as much training as you can from them, then move
on an sell that training to the next company, repeat.
