Hi,
Why not create a package of DTS packages and run it using "Execute Package
Task" in Design Package? You should be able to control the order in which
100 packages can be run if needed as well as which version of each package
to run. Once you create the package of packages.... you can schedule it to
run at the desired time.
I know this works in SQL Server 2000. I am not sure of other versions.

Schedule them as jobs and have them start at the same time. That may be a
load on your system though, depending on what the DTS's are doing.
