I need backup strategy for production database. (Best practices)


Situation:

Data loss is not acceptabe.

Production time is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (M,T,W,T,F)

Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

I perform full backup every day at 22:00.

I need to save all transactions during the day.

Database is under heavy duty.

How to perform that ?

Transacion log backup or differential backup or .. and when.
