In Enterprise manager u click on
Data Transformation
It will show Local package
Click on Local package it will show the local package list in right pane
Right click on your desired package it will show a manu with one of the
option
Schedule package
xliclk on that to schedule ur package execution

While creating DTS packages thru import/export wizard it will ask whether u
wnat to run it immediate or schedule it for later execution.
