Yep, you can call bcp or use the bulk insert command, check BOL for a good
coverage.
Otherwise, how about writing up a small COM in VB and using the FSO (file
system objects),
doing a call to it via the oa routines, depending on the complexity of
course.
Look at DTS as well, see www.sqldts.com for guidance.
