That is dependent on the front end you want to execute that stored
procedures. What front end do you plan to use?

There is a stored procedure called NewsUser which has three parameters
,a username , a password,and one other parameter all strings.I need help
writing" whatever" that will prompt a user for these three values and
supply them to the procedure.
Not found any way in sql server to do that .
