I've used terminal server as a client to sql server many times.
Do you have a more specific question?

Subject: Using SQL Server 2000/Windows 2003 in Conjunction with Terminal
Server.
Importance: Low
Can SQL Server 2000 be used in conjunction with Terminal Server
application server
on Windows Server 2003? The title in the this article indicates not
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327270), but its content only seems to
be concerned with Terminal Server application servers in conjunction to
SQL Server clusters. Have any of you had any experience with this?
