I have a replacement server, new OS (W2K3), new SQL release (2000 Sp3a) -
retiring a NT 4.0, SQL 7.0 machine.

I'd like to preserve the user accounts, security, DTS packages, etc. -
what's the best practice/strategy for moving to the new server?
