This link http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/archive/2004/06/16/1607.aspx shows a backup strategy and in it is a part where she deletes old files from the backup directory. I extracted only that part and run it as my daily "deleteOldBackups" job. Maybe you can also extract that part, and just alter it a bit to copy the file elsewhere instead of delete. Or at least get an idea of how to do it.

Subject: find file[Scanned]
Hi all,
I have backup folder with 30 database backup files in it. Every file has a
timestamp.
I need to create a job to pick up and copy a latest backup file to other
server.
How can I specify it in my job?
Thank you.
