You set that within the profile on the Exchange Mailbox. Log in to your
machine with your service account name, open outlook, then look under the
preferences.

I was wondering if any has experienced sql2000 not retaining sent mail in
your exchange box? For some reason whenever we send an email to our
sqlsysadmin the email is sent to the distributed user however no email is
retained in the sent box.

Does anyone know a work around this?
