Like table structures are possible, but if you have much invested in
PL/SQL, it will take significant effort. The PL/SQL-Transact SQL dialects
are rather different, especially for logic programming. The data access
capability is not inherently different, and most of the data types have
translations. Program flow is much different. Performance profiles and
costs are different.
