I need to do the following:



Set identity insert on

Truncate table

Populate local server table with data from production server

Set identity insert off



I set up a dts package with global variables,execute sql task, transform
data task.



When I run dtsrunui and put in different values in for the global
variables transform source and target tables are not picked up. DTS
tries to use the default values.



I know this might now be enough information. If there any DTS experts
out there I would appreciate the help. I could send you the file.
