We want to create a domain account that will be used by all developers to
submit jobs that will start after hours. We want to limit the permissions of
this account over network resources as tight as possible. I will like to
hear from the forum first: Your approach of which account should be used to
perform this task, 2) if I need to specify the network group the
requirement for the creation of this account, what should I ask for it? If I
do not specify, I'm afraid the account will be either with no permission or
with a super power account...
