as Chris said right click on your instance in Enterprise manager , select
the Memory tab and change the maximum (MB) to what you would like it to be
and restart your instance

Via EM, right click properties of your instance, click on memory table,
reduce by around 10 to 20% of total RAM (or whatever is appropriate). Dont
use working set. Re-start instance if the memory is not reduced immediatly
or try RECONFIGURE command in query analyser to attempt to force it.

Greetings.
sql server2000 on windows 2000
My System is going very slow when i see in Windows
Task Manager. Sql server is using 76,300k Mem usage.
is there any way to reduce the Mem Usage.

Its urgent pls help
