Maybe I can help you.
The database must be working in complete recovery mode or full. If it is
working in simple mode you can already commit suicide.
You say that you have deleted data only in one table, so the steps would be:
1. Do now a backup of your LOG of your database damaged.
2. Recover, in the same server or in another, the database until the moment
before you deleted the data.
3. Do an import only of the tables you need to your production database. By
means of a DTS or BCP IN/OUT.
