Subject: RAISERROR

hi gurus,

Is there any way I can find out which raiserror is associated with which
trigger or T-Sql statement?
this is the error I get "Server: Msg 2758, Level 16, State 1, Line 6
RAISERROR could not locate entry for error 99999 in sysmessages." and I
want to add an message through sp_addmessage.
I wanted to know what user does so that they get this error so I can add
an meaning full message.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Sunil
