Hi there
I've searched and tested..the problem is as follows

I'm installing MSDE - I want to choose the directory into which I install
MSDE

If I set the datadir and target dir D:\Database - the appropriate
information is installed here, however - the Microsoft SQL Server directory
directory is still installed on the C drive. Even if I launch setup.exe from
D:\Database - it is still installed on the C drive !!

Is there anyway around this ??
