We had something similar about a year ago. We had to up our RAM from 1GB
to 3GB and then found that it stabilised.

Subject: SQL Server Process Is Eating Memory
All,
Just a quick question. I have an instance of SQL Server (a cluster
actually) that's eating into the server memory. It's gaining about 50k
every second, which may not sound a lot but over a 24 hour period it
builds up. Anyone ever seen this before?
The cluster was fine last week: this may have all started since the
physical boxes were rebooted last 3 days ago.
Thanks
Matthew
