Hi DBAs

I implememted log shipping in two servers located in remote locations
having different time zones. Log shipping monitor was configured on
secondary server. Scenario is that primary server was copying the
transaction log according to its time setting and secondary server was
also able to restore it but there was a gap of 5 minutes in the clock
timings. Due to this the log shipping monitor was not showing the
updation but the jobs were running well. The moment the threshold was
reached it gave an alert that job failed to execute whereas it was
running fine.

Is it because of different clock timings of both the servers (primary
server being 5 mins ahead of secondary) or is it something else.
Please do let me know the solution.
