1 As long as there is sufficient space for the objects replicated to fit
the 500Meg should be fine and 2 no they don't have to be configured the
same.

You didn't ask the wrong question.
Answers are 1. What is the size of objects you are planning to
replicate?
2. I don't think it is necessary that system config. should be exactly
the same.

I have a requirement to implement replication between 2 remote servers.
I have fews doubts regarding the same.
In the server where I'm going to replicate data from other server, has
only 500MB space left in C drive.
SQL Server is loaded in the other drive.
I want to know whether the space in C drive is enough to implement
replication.
Is it required that system configuration must be same for both the
servers?
Your suggestions means lot for me.
