RE: Log file filing up in minutes!

I am not sure but you can try increasing the size of the db and than
truncate the logs.

Have now set it too simple mode but can't get into EM as screen is
frozen,

Tried back up log with truncate_only and also shrinking the file but
query analyser suggests it is completes these tasks but no change
appears to take place if I look at the size of the file manually...

Ermergency!

I have a database that was in Simple mode so the log was getting
truncated at checkpoints. I explained to the users that this meant they
would lose all data if it goes down at all and setup a backup of the log
and set it too full recovey mode.

Now the log is expanding so fast I cannot enter EM to change the
properties... back to simple till I work out why it is expanding at
about 1gb every 5 mins... what is the syntax to set it back to simple?

HELP!
