Hi all,
I have recently been given DBA responsibilities and have little experience with the administration on SQL. I want to purchase a comprehensive guide(s) and would really appreciate your recommendations. I need to move serveral databases to a new server and want to set up replication of those db's to yet another server. I will also need to set up backups and matainance jobs. Being new to SQL administration I'm a little nervous and want to be sure I don't just get these tasks completed but get them completed correctly and understand what I'm doing.
