Scptxfr.exe does this. It is included in MSSQL installation.

Is there any way to use sqlserver engine that generates sql script
of database objects . I mean we can generate sql script of our database
objects in sqlserver . If there is any way (Storeprocedure, or some script)
that we can use to generate sql scripts of our datbase objects from other
