Pranav,
I cannot open your image file, but I suspect that you do not have SQL Server
2000. Therefore, instead of guessing and mislead you, I would defer to
other people to provide the accurate information.
Thank you,
Sang

Thanks for the info.. However, I am confused on one thing.. Please refer to
the image I have attached.. In the options tab of the properties of one of
the database, there is no "model" section... There are two check boxes,
"Truncate log on Recovery" and "Select into/bulk Copy". This should signify
the database recovery model but if I check both of them, does it mean that
the database is in full rcovery model?
<<...OLE_Obj...>>
Thanks,
Pranav

Pranav,
Select a database name under "Databases" in EM, right click and choose
"properties" then click on "Options" tab. Recovery option information is in
the middle section next to "Model".

Subject: Database Recovery Model
Hi All,
How can I find out the recovery model of a database. I mean if the database
Northwind (or some other database) is running as "Simple Recovery Model" or
"Full Recovery" or "Bulk-Logged recovery".. Where can one check that?
Regards,
Pranav
