What permissions do you need to create and schedule DTS packages?

We currently have the SQL services on all of our servers running with an
account that has full domain admin permissions. My account that I log on
with does not have local admin permissions on our servers but I do have full
system admin permissions in SQL Server. Our Network group, wants to remove
my local admin permissions on the database servers and I need to know if
this is going to impact what I can and can't do in SQL Server.
