Search the Books online for deadlocks. Basically, what you have is 2 (or
more) operations that can't proceed. They have locks on resources the other
needs, and they can't release the locks with out a rollback or commit.
Ex. Tran a locks record1, tran b locks record2, and tran a needs to lock
record2, and tran b needs to lock record1.
They all have exclusive locks. They can't continue. One of the
transactions must rollback for other to complete.
