Hey guyz



We are on SQL 2000/SP3a. We are restoring the database of 100gig+ to DR.
The job runs the restore database step. Eventhough the database restore
is complete , the job still says its executing instead of posting
success or failed. how I know this ? the data files keep increasing in
size while restoring , once it gets stable (we knew the file size
approx) restore is complete. It is like that for hours (say 15 hours)
but does nothing. I do not understand what does the job wait for to post
it for success. There are other environments too facing the same
problem. Anyone faced this problem. Looks like kind of unique.
