By far, not a recommended solution, but short of rebooting the server,
stopping and restarting the SQL Service on the machine will clear the log file.

Hi Gurus,

Thank you very much for all responses.

I have one more question:

If tempdb log is very big (occupy all drive space) and even after
shrinking also disk space is not reducing.
Without rebooting the Server can we handle this situation?
