Subject: Confidentiality clauses

Just a quick question brought about by a confidentiality notice on one of
the emails received; does anybody ever read confidentiality notices before
reading an email, and then delete the email without reading it? If so, then
how will you know that there is a confidentiality notice in the email and
that you shouldn't read the email?
