IT works !!! using the code below
it copy's the file from server A to 10.10.10.10(B)
But I see a unique problem when running a test
WHEN I delete the file from server B the test file; it also deletes from
server A; wonder it somehow it had copied the short cut..
Puzzled ...::::))))

Your getting warmer....
Try this:
declare @BackupName varchar(200)
Set @BackupName = 'copy "e:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BACKUP\'
+ 'my_db_' + CONVERT(varchar(8), GETDATE(), 112) +
'2100' + '.BAK" "\\10.10.10.10\backup\"'
exec xp_cmdshell @BackupName, no_output
